Bina & Bros is a collaborative venture between Sabrina, Brandon, and Marc-Anthony. Three siblings who seek to create their own family legacy. Their father Andre owned and operated several restaurants in downtown Ottawa, he began his journey in 1997 with his first location, and since then has established a known presence in the downtown community. While there were many food establishments, there was only one Andre – and that’ a name people know and cherish.
Their concept might be new and fresh, but their reputation precedes it. Sabrina and Brandon have grown up in Ottawa, worked alongside their father and witnessed the changes of the Ottawa market throughout the years. Bina & Bros will offer the classic downtown fast-paced dining experience without compromising the elevated down-to-earth aesthetic Ottawans want including: a café corner serving specialty coffee served with pastries baked daily in house. Authentic Italian subs and hot sandwiches with a Mediterranean twist, personal pizzas baked in a custom-made brick oven that sits alongside a ‘Make Your Own Bowl’ buffet station.
